Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to get it removed.
Last updated: 8 August 2026. If you have questions about anything here, email info@jubileecell.com.
Jubilee Cell LLC (“we”, “us”) supplies mobile devices, accessories and repair parts to trade customers. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website and the trade accounts operated through it.
Who is responsible for your data
Jubilee Cell LLC, 2605 Mountain Industrial Blvd, STE 10, Tucker, GA 30084, USA, is the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact info@jubileecell.com.
What we collect
When you apply for a trade account
- Business details: registered and trading name, business type, EIN or business registration number, years trading, website or store address.
- Contact details: your name, role, work email and phone number.
- Commercial context: estimated monthly spend and how you heard about us, both optional.
We use this to verify that you are a genuine trade buyer, to set your pricing tier, and to assign your account manager. Verification is a condition of opening an account — we cannot publish trade pricing to unverified visitors.
When you contact us
The contact form collects your name, business name, email, phone, the subject of your enquiry and your message. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange.
When you place an order
Order records, delivery addresses, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers — payment is handled by our payment processors, and we receive only the result of the transaction and the last four digits.
Automatically, when you browse
- Essential cookies that keep you signed in and hold your order together.
- Analytics data, only if you accept it in the cookie banner. See the cookie policy.
- Server logs including IP address, browser and pages requested, kept for 365 days for security and troubleshooting.
Why we are allowed to use it
- To perform a contract — processing your application, orders, deliveries and returns.
- Legitimate interests — verifying trade status, preventing fraud, securing the site, and improving what we stock. We balance these against your rights and do not use them for anything you would find unexpected.
- Consent — analytics cookies and marketing email. You can withdraw either at any time without affecting your account.
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting and sanctions-screening records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share only what is necessary with:
- Carriers, to deliver your orders.
- Our payment processor, to take payment.
- Google Workspace, which delivers our transactional and marketing email.
- Google, for analytics and reCAPTCHA, where you have accepted analytics cookies.
- Our accountants and professional advisers, and law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to.
All of these providers process data within the United States. If that changes we will update this policy and tell account holders.
How long we keep it
- Trade account records — for the life of the account and one year after it closes.
- Order and invoice records — one year, or longer where tax or accounting law requires us to keep them.
- Contact form enquiries — one year by default, then deleted automatically.
- Marketing subscriptions — until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs — 365 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent at any time and complain to a supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email info@jubileecell.com. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the period the law allows — 45 days under the CCPA, one month under the GDPR.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed and never in plain text, and access to customer records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Children
This is a trade-only service. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. For anything that materially affects your rights, we will tell account holders by email.
